Building a mixed container for a Ramadan range
Carton densities across a Ramadan range vary far more than most buyers expect. Here is how mixed loading works, with real packing data from three product families.

Cartons, container loads and the freight maths behind a seasonal Ramadan and Eid range — using the packing data that ships with every item.
Every product page publishes its own packing data: pieces per carton, carton dimensions, CBM, and net and gross weight. Those four numbers are what freight and landed cost are actually calculated from — guessing at them is how margins disappear.
For planning we work on roughly 26 CBM usable in a 20GP and 65 CBM in a 40HQ. Carton densities across a Ramadan range vary far more than most buyers expect: bunting at 0.06 CBM per carton and serving trays at 0.20 CBM per carton fill the same container very differently. That spread is what makes a mixed container work.
Ornaments ship flat-packed and unassembled by default, which cuts carton volume and therefore freight. Assembled, retail-ready packing is available on request — but it changes the carton, so it belongs in the enquiry, not in the small print.
