Wholesale terms and how to order

Factory direct from Yiwu: stock from 12 pcs per item, custom from a few hundred. Prices are quoted per item, per quantity and per destination — never off a list.

Who we supply

We are set up for buyers who order by the carton, not by the piece.

Importers and distributors

You carry a category into one market. We quote FOB Ningbo or CIF to your port, and the export documents travel with the goods.

Wholesalers and cash-and-carry

Mixed containers and mixed inner packs; your shipping marks, barcode and logo printed on the carton so nothing needs re-labelling on arrival.

Retail chains and supermarkets

Private label, retail-ready packing and floor display stands, with the test reports your buying office or QA team asks for. About half the volume we ship goes to chains rather than to wholesalers.

Online sellers — Amazon, Noon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, your own store

Small cartons, flat packing, packing data you can cost out, and an image pack for the SKUs you list. Full detail under Selling online.

Party, gift and festive-goods shops

Seasonal depth rather than breadth: the whole Ramadan and Eid set from one supplier, in one container, with one delivery window.

Buyers adding a seasonal line

Gift, stationery, homeware and supermarket buyers testing the category — start with one mixed order rather than committing to a programme.

What we do not do: we do not sell to consumers, and we do not take single-piece retail orders. The smallest order we handle is a mixed stock order from 12 pcs per item — a wholesale buyer's trial quantity, not a retail one. Everything on this site is quoted per item, per quantity and per destination.

Two buying routes

12 pcs

Stock — ready goods

  • Minimum 12 pcs per item when the item is in stock
  • Availability checked at the time of your enquiry — never published on product pages
  • Mix items freely; that is how a small trial order reaches a workable quantity
MOQ per item

Custom / OEM — made for you

  • Minimum follows the item and the production plan, not one company-wide number
  • Some balloon and backdrop lines start at 50 pcs; most paper and packaging items run into the hundreds or low thousands
  • Artwork, colours, packaging and private label produced to order

Selling online with our products

The range is built for sellers who ship parcels, not only pallets.

An image pack for every SKU

We hold photographs for the range and send the pack for the items you are listing — tell us the format your platform wants and the files come with the quotation.

Packing data on the product page

Pcs per carton, carton dimensions, CBM, net and gross weight — costed out below, so inbound freight or FBA fees are known before you commit.

Cartons sized for parcels, not just pallets

Across the range the typical export carton is about 11 kg gross and 0.055 m³ — the size that moves by courier or air for a restock as readily as it moves in a container.

Flat-packed by default

Ornaments ship flat and unassembled, which cuts carton volume and freight. Honeycomb and fan items open in seconds with no tools.

Battery LED, not mains wiring

LED pieces run on replaceable batteries, which keeps retail display simple and avoids electrical approval in most markets.

Test a listing before a season's buy

Stock items start at 12 pcs per item and can be mixed across categories, so a small trial run is a normal order — prove the listing, then come back for the season's volume.

Length Height Width your marks barcode

Every product page carries this

  • Pcs per carton — the number you divide your quantity by
  • Carton L × W × H in cm
  • CBM per carton — 0.055 median across the range
  • Net and gross weight — 11.2 kg gross median

Enough to cost inbound freight or FBA fees before you commit to a quantity — no waiting for the quote to find out what a carton costs to move.

Barcodes, printed inner packs, colour boxes and display stands are covered under Packing. Which test standards apply to your items is decided by use and destination — see Which test standard applies.

How an order runs

Six steps from enquiry to dispatch — the clock starts at step 3, not at step 1.

  1. 1

1 · Enquiry and range selection

Send item numbers or describe the ranges you are considering. If you are still choosing, start from the catalogues.

  2. 2

    2 · Quotation and samples

We quote per item against your quantity and destination, and samples go out before you commit to volume so you can check material and finish.

Stock samples are dispatched within 10 days and are free — the courier is billed to your account. Custom samples are quoted case by case. Sample charges are credited against a volume order, but not against orders under USD 2,000.

  3. 3

    3 · Order confirmed

Production is scheduled once the deposit has arrived and the artwork is approved — those two things start the clock, not the enquiry date.

  4. 4

    4 · Production

About 40 days from that point. The 10-day sampling window above sits outside it, not inside.

  5. 5

    5 · Inspection

Finished cartons are checked against the packing data to the AQL level you work to — or the level normal for your market if you do not have one. Third-party inspection is welcome; tell us at quotation stage so it is scheduled around the run. What is checked.

  6. 6

    6 · Booking and dispatch

Booking takes about a week, longer in peak season. Goods leave Yiwu with the export documents — CO, IPPC heat-treatment marking for wooden packing, and CIQ where your customs asks for it.

Sea freight to Europe typically adds 30–40 days; transit depends on your port.

What we need to quote

  • Item numbers, or a description of the ranges you want
  • Quantities — approximate is fine to start with
  • Destination country and port
  • The date you need the goods in hand
  • Packaging or private-label requirements
  • The test standards your market asks for

Faster routes to a useful number: give us a target price and we will tell you what is achievable at it, or give us your previous order and we will match the specification.

Wholesale terms

Payment and documents

T/T 30% deposit, balance against the bill of lading. We do not work on letters of credit. Payment terms are restated on your quotation and proforma invoice, so what finance sees matches what you agreed.

Every shipment travels with the commercial invoice, packing list and transport document. Certificates of origin (CO), IPPC marking for wooden packing and CIQ inspection certificates are arranged where your customs asks for them — tell us at the quotation stage so they are on the documents from the start rather than added after the goods are boxed.

Packing

Standard export packing is five-ply corrugated. Your shipping marks, barcode and logo can be printed on the carton, so the goods arrive identified the way your warehouse expects rather than needing re-labelling on arrival.

Retail-ready packing is available on the same order: inner packs, printed colour boxes, display boxes, and — for a whole series — a cardboard floor display stand sized to the range. Nothing about the retail packing changes the export carton count.

Container planning uses 26 m³ for a 20GP and 65 m³ for a 40HQ. Those are the figures our quotations are built on, with the loading margin already taken out — the final load is confirmed at booking and varies with carton shape and how it stacks.

Factory-level certifications (BSCI, ISO 9001, FSC, SEDEX) are listed on Certifications.

Trade terms

FOB Ningbo is the basis our quotations are built on. CIF to your port can be quoted alongside it — give us the destination and we will price the freight with the goods instead of leaving you to arrange it separately. EXW and other terms are possible where your own forwarder handles the booking.

Ningbo is the loading port for the whole range; Shanghai can be used where your forwarder prefers it.

Materials and finishes

What the range is actually made of, and what the finish options mean in practice.

Metal

Lanterns, candle holders, trays and hanging pieces. Metal takes a gold or silver finish and is the material to choose where an item has to survive being reused season after season.

Glass

Jars, bottles, table vessels and lantern bodies. Food-safe for table use; ships in its own carton with dividers.

Wood

Ornaments, hanging decorations and table pieces. Wooden items are usually flat-packed to keep carton volume — and therefore freight — down.

Acrylic

Cake toppers, stands and centrepieces. Acrylic holds a crisp edge and a mirrored finish that paper cannot reproduce.

Felt

Soft hanging decorations and garlands, usually for children's rooms and classroom use.

Paper and board

By far the largest part of the range: gift bags, boxes, bunting, banners, tableware and calendars. FSC-certified stock is available — see Certifications.

Quality and inspection

What is checked before goods leave Yiwu, and how the AQL inspection level works.

Where the checks sit in the run

Before production

The counter-sample and artwork are signed off. Printing colours, sizes and packaging are fixed here — changes after this point cost time.

In line

Print registration, assembly and finish are checked as the run proceeds, so a drift is caught while it is still cheap to correct.

Before packing

Quantity per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight are checked against the packing data on the product page. This is also what your freight forwarder will measure the load against.

Before dispatch

A final check on the finished cartons and the shipping marks, so the goods arrive identified the way your warehouse expects.

AQL inspection

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is the sampling method most importers use to accept or reject a shipment. A sample is drawn from the finished batch and defects are counted against the limits you set — typically a tighter limit for major defects than for minor ones.

The level belongs to the buyer, not to us. Tell us which level you work to at the quotation stage and we will inspect against it. If you do not have a standard, we will tell you what is normal for your market and product type.

Third-party inspection is welcome. It is much easier to schedule around your production window if you tell us at the quotation stage rather than after the run finishes. Commercial terms — MOQ, lead time and samples — are on Wholesale.

If something is wrong

Send photographs of the damage or the shortfall together with the carton marks, and we check them against the packing list and the loading record. Where the loss is ours it is credited against your next order, or replaced in it — we do not ask you to carry it.

Claims settle most easily while the container is still being unpacked: tell us when the goods arrive rather than at the end of the season.

Common questions

What is the minimum order?

Two routes. Stock items start at 12 pcs per item when they are in stock — availability is checked at the time of your enquiry, it is not shown on product pages. Custom and OEM follows the item rather than one company-wide number: some balloon and backdrop lines start at 50 pcs, most paper and packaging items run into the hundreds or low thousands. The MOQ shown on a product page is the custom figure.

Can I mix categories in one container?

Yes — that is the main reason buyers consolidate with us. Lanterns, bunting, tableware, gift boxes and balloons ship together and reach the minimum as one order rather than item by item.

How long does an order take?

About 40 days of production, counted from deposit received and artwork approved — not from the date of your enquiry. Sampling sits outside that window. Booking takes a further week, and sea freight to Europe typically adds 30–40 days.

Do you accept letters of credit?

No. We work on T/T: 30% deposit, balance against the bill of lading. The terms are restated on your quotation and proforma invoice, so what your finance team sees matches what you agreed.

Can you do private label and retail packaging?

Yes — custom colours, sizes and logos, printed cartons, inner packs, display boxes and floor display stands sized to the range. Send artwork, or we can develop a design against your brief.

Which test standards do you work to?

The standard follows how the item is used and where it is going — EN 71, REACH, LFGB and FDA apply in different combinations rather than by category. We confirm which apply to the items you select and arrange the testing; the fee is quoted separately and is not included in the product price.

Can I see the range in person?

Yes. We exhibit at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, Ambiente in Frankfurt and the Dubai shows, and the full current season can be put on the table at the factory in Yiwu — tell us when you are coming and it will be waiting.

Can you supply product images for our listings?

Yes. We hold photographs for the range and send the image pack for the SKUs you are listing — tell us the format and resolution your platform needs and the files come with the quotation.

Can we place a small trial order before committing to a season?

Yes. Stock items start at 12 pcs per item and can be mixed across categories, so a trial run is a normal order rather than a special case. Test the listing or the shop display first, then come back for the season's volume.

Do you ship single orders directly to consumers?

No. We are a factory and we ship to you, not to end customers, and we do not operate drop-shipping. The smallest order we handle is a mixed stock order from 12 pcs per item.

Send your item list

Quantities, destination and the date you need the goods — that is enough for us to come back with a quotation.
