Hala Deco is a Yiwu-based supplier working only on Ramadan and Eid decorations. We have been making this one category since 2012.
Our own factory covers everything made of paper — plates, cups, napkins, bags, boxes, bunting and paper ornaments — with printing, laminating, die-cutting, foiling and injection moulding in house: 12 production lines, 8,000 m², 60 people. Anything else in the range is bought in and then re-worked, assembled, packed and inspected here before it ships, which is how one container can carry lanterns, tableware and gift packaging to the same standard.
We ship more than 600 containers a year. About 60% goes to the EU, with Australia and the Americas at roughly 10% each, the Middle East at 10% and the domestic market making up the rest. Half of that volume is retail chains rather than wholesalers — which is why the packing and the paperwork have to be right the first time.
Where our own production ends, the re-working and inspection begins, so the standard holds across the whole range. Hala Deco is the Ramadan & Eid line of Yiwu Xiduo Artware Co., Ltd., the factory and export office behind it.
Where it is made
Paper products come off our own lines. Everything else is bought in and then re-worked, assembled, packed and inspected here before it ships.

How do I place an order?
Send us an inquiry with the items and quantities you are considering — use the inquiry list on any product page, or email [email protected]. We reply with a quotation and lead time. After a sample or artwork confirmation and your deposit, we schedule production, then arrange inspection and shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item, and they can be reached by combining categories within one order rather than per product. Tell us your target quantity and we will tell you what is workable.
Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes — that is the main reason buyers consolidate with us. Lanterns, bunting, tableware, gift boxes and balloons can ship in the same container.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. Custom colours, sizes, logos and retail packaging. Send artwork, or our team can develop a design against your brief.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Typically a deposit with the balance against shipping documents; exact terms are confirmed on the quotation. We handle export documentation and container loading.
Can you send samples?
Stock samples are available, and pre-production samples are made for OEM orders. Stock samples are dispatched within 10 days; pre-production samples follow the artwork schedule. Sample arrangements are quoted with your inquiry.
Are your products tested?
Testing is arranged to the standards your market requires — EN 71, REACH, LFGB, FDA and others. It is not feasible to hold current reports for every item in the range, so we confirm which standards apply to the items you select and arrange testing accordingly. Testing fees are quoted separately and are not included in the product price.
